Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for safety and sanitary purposes.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these special types of circumstances, please send us an email and include pictures so we can address the problem right away!

Wrong Address:
Mistakes happen and sometimes we input a wrong address or information.
Please send us an email right away with the correct information so we can make sure we catch the order before it is picked up by the courier.

Wrong Payment Method:
Sometimes we’re not thinking and accidentally input the wrong promo code or payment method. If this happens, please don’t worry, we’ll help you correct it.

Email us right away and we’ll issue a refund. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
